Act of Hope

The prayer

O my God, relying on Your almighty power

and infinite mercy and promises,

I hope to obtain pardon of my sins,

the help of Your grace,

and life everlasting,

through the merits of Jesus Christ,

my Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

About Act of Hope

Act of Hope is one of the traditional prayers of the Catholic Church. You can pray it on its own, as part of the Rosary or other devotions, or whenever you want to lift your heart to God. The full text is above — read it slowly, and let the words become your own.
