Membership management, the Catholic way
Visibility for the organization, working tools for every local group — without stitching together five apps or paying by the member.
Your organization's page
A public page in the Catholic organizations directory — who you are, where you serve, and your local chapters, findable by every Catholic on the platform.
Chapters people can actually find
Your page shows real local chapters sorted by distance from the visitor — so 'get involved' ends with a join, not a contact form that goes nowhere.
Meetings & events
Set your monthly meeting or weekly gathering once. Members RSVP and get reminders on their own — no spreadsheets, no reply-all chains.
One-tap attendance
Here or Absent in one tap per member, a running count, and full history — for formation nights, service days, and everything between.
Announcements & invites
Broadcast to every member in the app and by email — and grow by inviting people by search, share link, or email.
Volunteer rosters
Service projects, event roles, meal trains — post the roles and let members sign themselves up. You just watch the roster fill.
01Be found
From "sounds inspiring" to "see you Thursday."
The hardest part of growing an apostolate isn't inspiration — it's the last mile. Your page on Catholic Connect shows each visitor the chapters nearest them, so interest turns into membership.
- Distance-sorted local chapters on your organization page
- Join an active chapter in two taps
- No chapter nearby? Interest is captured, not lost — see below

02Run the local group
Meetings that run themselves.
Every chapter gets the full groups toolset: a recurring schedule, RSVPs with reminders, one-tap attendance with history, and volunteer rosters for service days and events.
- Weekly, monthly, or one-off gatherings — set once
- Attendance history per member and per meeting
- Roles members sign up for themselves
03Reach & grow
When you post it, every member sees it.
Announcements reach your members in the app and by email — no newsletter platform, no mailing-list hygiene. And every member can grow the group with a share link or an invite.
- Broadcast to a chapter or to any group you run
- Invites by search, share link, or email
- Members carry it on iOS, Android, and the web

People find your website, get inspired… and then have no local door to walk through?
Your organization page shows the chapters near each visitor, sorted by distance — with a join button, not a mailto link.
Local coordinators
Running the monthly meeting over a group text and a clipboard?
Sessions, RSVPs, reminders, attendance, and announcements in one free tool your members already carry in their pocket.
Communications leads
Emails half your members never open?
Announcements land in the app and by email, to exactly the group they're for. Growth is built in: search, share links, and invites.

- Every ad is reviewed by our team — you only pay once it's approved

Frequently asked questions
Is this really free membership management software?
Yes — your organization's page, members, chapters, meetings, attendance, announcements, and invites are free with no credit card. Typical membership management software charges by contact count (often $60/month at 100 contacts climbing toward $400/month at 5,000) and adds surcharges for outside payment processors. Catholic Connect is flat free at any size — it's a free alternative to tools like Wild Apricot for Catholic organizations.
Why is there no per-member pricing?
Because charging a ministry more as more people join it punishes exactly the thing you're trying to do. Catholic Connect is building the platform where Catholic community happens; organizations growing on it is the point, not a billing event.
Our organization already appears in the directory. How do we take it over?
That's by design — we've mapped 32 national Catholic organizations and 9,788 of their local chapters so members can find them. Claim your organization from its page (or ask us below) and you can steward the page and its chapters.
What kinds of organizations is this for?
Apostolates, ecclesial movements, young adult ministries, men's and women's ministries, charitable societies, campus ministries, professional guilds, devotional confraternities, and third orders — any Catholic organization with members who gather.
How is this different from a website or Facebook group?
A website can't take attendance and Facebook doesn't know your chapters. Catholic Connect gives you a findable page in a Catholic directory plus working tools — meetings with RSVPs, one-tap attendance, rosters, and announcements — where Catholics already look for community.
We have chapters all over the country. Can we manage them all?
Yes — every chapter appears on your organization page sorted by the visitor's distance, local leaders can claim and run their own chapter, and the organization console gives you oversight of all of them. See our chapter management page for the full story.
