Saint Isidore
Saint Isidore the Farmer (1070-1130) is the patron saint of farmers, Madrid (Spain), and the National Catholic Rural Life Conference. He lived a life of humble labor, daily Mass, and charity, often feeding the hungry from his own meager means. He died on May 15, 1130, and was canonized in 1622.
