Vietnamese Holy Martyrs is a Vietnamese Catholic parish in Colorado Springs, Colorado, under the Diocese of Colorado Springs. Founded by Vietnamese immigrants in the mid-1970s and formally established as a quasi-parish in 1992, the community has worshipped at its own church at 1133 N. Wahsatch Avenue since 2001. History
Vietnamese Holy Martyrs grew from a small refugee community into a stable parish over three decades. Early families gathered in homes, then borrowed space at St. Paul Parish and the diocesan chancery, before finally purchasing their own church near downtown Colorado Springs in 2001. The parish retains a strong memory of its founders and the priests who guided it, especially Fr. Matthew Minh Thanh Tran and the first pastor, Fr. Joseph Vu.
