St. William is one of three churches within Divine Mercy Parish in Madison, Wisconsin, serving as a vibrant part of a mission-based Catholic community rooted in the mercy of God. The parish invites individuals to encounter Christ authentically and to grow in faith through worship, service, and community. It offers a range of ministries for all ages, including youth, adult formation, and family catechesis, and is committed to helping parishioners become faithful disciples. The parish is part of the Diocese of Madison and operates alongside St. Andrew and St. Maria Goretti churches, sharing resources and programs.

Worship & Sacraments

Mass is celebrated daily at multiple churches including St. William, with Sunday Masses at 7:30 am and 8:30 am. Daily Masses are held Monday–Friday at 6:30 am and 8:00 am at St. Maria Goretti, and 8:30 am at St. Andrew. Adoration and devotions such as the Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet are offered regularly.

Ministries & Groups

The parish offers a variety of groups and ministries for every stage of life, including Family Catechesis, Youth Ministry, Adult Formation, Exploring Catholicism, and Summer Book Club. Volunteers support Communion to the Homebound, Parish Activities, and Cemetery Sexton Services.

Clergy & Staff

The parish is led by Msgr. Kevin Holmes, Pastor, and includes Parochial Vicars Fr. Gabriel López-Betanzos, J.C.L. and Fr. Ryan Ruhle. Staff includes Melissa Coleman (Religious Education & Welcome), Steve Davies (Youth Ministry), and Denise Gorman (Marriage Prep), among others.
