St. Victor Parish is a Roman Catholic parish in Richfield, Ohio (Summit County) that was canonically erected in 1964 to serve the Catholic faithful of Richfield Township and the northern part of Bath Township. St. Victor Parish is the Catholic community of Richfield, Ohio (Summit County), in the Diocese of Cleveland. The parish's mission statement, published on its homepage, reads: 'We, the Roman Catholic community of Saint Victor Parish, are a grateful family of God, joined together by the teachings of Jesus Christ. We strive to develop a relationship with God by sharing our blessings, talents, and gifts through service, evangelization and community justice; our mission being greater love, worship, praise and adoration of God. History of Saint Victor Parish
Saint Victor Parish was canonical erected as a Mission on June 4, 1964, and elevated to parish status on March 1, 1965 by Bishop Issenman. First Masses were offered on July 12, 1964 in the Eastview Junior High School auditorium. The parish's $285,000 church, social hall and administration complex was designed by parishioner Theodore Badowski and built by the Cleaver Construction Company of Akron, with groundbreaking on July 11, 1965 and consecration of the altar on October 29, 1966.

Sacrament of Penance and Anointing of the Sick
The Sacrament of Penance is offered through an annual Lenten Communal Penance Service with many priests, and individually any time by appointment or request. The parish also holds a biannual Mass with Anointing of the Sick in Fall and Spring (at the 5 PM Saturday Vigil Mass) and offers Anointing any time by request — simply ask Father after any Mass.

Faith Formation and Religious Education
St. Victor's K-8 Faith Formation program (called PSR/JYM — Parish School of Religion / Junior Youth Ministry) is led by Pastoral Associate and Director of Religious Education Mrs. Lyn Pajk, with Mr. John Paulett as PSR/JYM Assistant. A Children's Liturgy of the Word during Mass is coordinated by Mrs. Sue Heckel. The parish also publishes a PSR/JYM Family Handbook for parents and catechists.

Adult Catholic Education (A.C.E.)
St. Victor participates with neighboring parishes in A.C.E. (Adult Catholic Education), a regional collaborative that brings noted Catholic speakers to parishes for evening lectures on faith topics. Past topics have included Human Trafficking: From Facts and Figures to Faces and Futures, delivered by Sr. Cecilia Liberatore, SND, at St. Victor Church. The cluster of parishes has included St. Victor, St. Barnabas (Northfield), St. Basil (Brecksville), St. Michael (Independence), St. Monica (Garfield Heights), Assumption (Broadview Heights), St. Matthias (Parma) and St. Joseph Byzantine (Brecksville).
