Faith Formation and Religious Education
The parish's faith-formation program — sometimes referred to as 'STAFFF' — is offered to all parishioners and serves children from Pre-K through high school, preparing them for the sacraments of First Holy Communion and Confirmation. As a 'shared responsibility,' parents, catechists, and the wider parish family work together to pass on the faith, and the parish welcomes children and youth who still need the Sacrament of Baptism.

Parish Life and Fellowship
A number of ministries exist to build community across ages and life stages. The Family Ministry plans parish-wide events in collaboration with other ministries and oversees the Spiritual Gifts Program, meeting on the second Tuesday evening of each month. The Women's Ministry, formed in June 2023, enriches the spiritual, educational, and pastoral lives of the women of the parish with monthly meetings on the second Saturday. Fellowship Sundays — held the second Sunday of the month from October through June — pair coffee, juice, and bagels with the 8:15 am Mass.

Prayer and Spiritual Ministries
Parishioners are invited into several prayer-focused ministries that extend beyond Sunday Mass, including a Prayer Chain for those in need of spiritual support and a Prayer Shawl Ministry that knits and blesses shawls for the comfort of those experiencing illness, grief, or need. The Respect Life Ministry, active during Lent and October, joins the Church's broader pro-life witness through prayer and material support.

Outreach and Charity
St. Therese has a long-running commitment to feeding neighbors in the surrounding towns. Food donations for the Granby Food Bank are collected the second weekend of each month and delivered to the Farmington Valley Visiting Nurse Association building in Granby Center the following Monday; East Granby collections happen on the last weekend of each month and go to the Friend to Friend Food Pantry after the 10:30 am Mass.

Parish Governance
