Founded in December 1908 by Polish immigrants settling in Central Massachusetts and dedicated in a church completed in 1913, it originally served as a personal parish for Polish Catholics. Following a 2023 diocesan decree it now serves as the territorial parish for the town of Warren. The community is currently administered by Deacon Dominick F. DeMartino — the first permanent deacon in the Diocese of Worcester to be assigned as a permanent parish administrator — with sacramental care provided by retired priest Father Edward M. Ryan.

About St. Stanislaus Parish
St. Stanislaus Parish in West Warren was founded by Polish immigrants who came to Central Massachusetts in the early twentieth century. The parish's church was completed in 1913, and for generations the building served as the spiritual home of Polish families settling in America. Today, while honoring those immigrant roots, the parish is an open Catholic community that welcomes people of many nationalities and origins and exists to help worshippers 'encounter the Living God.'
Parish History
The parish was established in December 1908 in the Diocese of Worcester as a personal parish for Polish Catholics. A detailed parish history was published in 1963 to mark the jubilee. After more than a century as a personal Polish-heritage parish, St. Stanislaus was canonically reshaped in 2023–2026, becoming the territorial parish for Warren and then a Mission of St. Carlo Acutis Parish effective January 1, 2026.

Clergy & Staff
Day-to-day administration of the parish is led by Deacon Dominick F. DeMartino, who is the permanent administrator. Sacramental ministry and the celebration of Mass are provided by Father Edward M. Ryan, a retired diocesan priest who resides in Warren and has been saying Mass six days a week there since January 2022. Together they are the public face of the parish and the contact for all sacramental and pastoral needs.

By an additional decree effective January 1, 2026, it has been established as a Mission of St. Carlo Acutis Parish.
