Saint Rose of Lima is a Roman Catholic parish in Roseville, Minnesota, part of the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. Founded on July 24, 1939 by Archbishop John Murray as rural Rose Township was transforming into a suburb, the parish today serves more than 1,000–1,200 households with a clear four-part mission: "Glorify God. Parish History
Saint Rose of Lima was established on July 24, 1939 by Archbishop John Murray, who appointed Father John C. Abbott as the parish's founding pastor. The community first celebrated Mass in Rose Town Hall before the 1940 combination church-and-school building opened, with eight Servite Sisters teaching 170 students. By 1957 the school had reached a peak enrollment of 1,240 students. Under Monsignor James Ryan, the parish added a new church structure and convent in the 1950s (today the school gymnasium and Parish Center). The current round limestone church was completed in 1967 and is one of the first post-Vatican II churches in the Archdiocese. In 1989 the former convent chapel was converted into a chapel of Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration sustained by 500 adorers. The parish marked its 50th anniversary in 1989 and today serves over 1,000–1,200 households.

Saint Rose of Lima is led by Pastor Father Marc Paveglio (ordained 2014, a priest of the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis and a member of the Companions of Christ) and Deacon Glenn Skuta, who assists at Mass, preaches, and presides at baptisms, weddings, and burials. Faith Formation & Religious Education
Faith Formation is directed by Isaiah Lippert, Director of Evangelization and Catechesis, who oversees all forms of faith formation in the parish alongside Father Paveglio, with the goal of lifelong discipleship. The team includes a Youth Minister and Confirmation Coordinator, an Early Childhood Faith Formation Coordinator for PreK–Grade 1, and a Faith Formation Administrative Assistant. By 1988, 75 trained volunteers were already ministering to over 400 religious-education students, a heritage of lay catechesis that continues today.

Saint Rose of Lima Catholic School is a Preschool through Grade 8 parish school in Roseville, fully accredited through the Minnesota Non-public School Accrediting Association (MNSAA), with all teachers licensed by the State of Minnesota. Pastoral Care & Outreach
Pastoral Care at Saint Rose is provided by ordained and lay staff along with many Pastoral Care Ministry volunteers, helping parishioners through transitions, illness, and loss. The parish runs a Funeral Ministry coordinated by Jennifer Leuer, a Homebound and Senior Care Facility Communion Ministry (with Deacon Glenn Skuta presiding at two retirement communities), a Parish Outreach effort, and a New Parishioner Welcome ministry.

Accessibility & Inclusion
Citing the USCCB's teaching that Catholics with disabilities share the same divine calling and have a right to participate fully in the sacraments, Saint Rose provides extensive physical and liturgical accommodations. The church's east doors have electronic handicap-accessible buttons; the nave, narthex, sacristy, restrooms, community room, and cry room are step-free. Two handicap-accessible restrooms are located in the front left of the church. Personal hearing-assistance devices are available near the east doors, and Bluetooth-enabled hearing aids can pair with the church sound system. Low-gluten hosts and an uncontaminated Precious Blood chalice are available for those with sensitivities, and incense use is limited to high holy days and special seasons.
