St. Philip Neri University Parish, located on the campus of the University of Tulsa, serves Catholic students and the broader college community in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Established in 1946 as a Newman Center, it moved to its current location in 1991 and became a Personal Parish in 2022. About Us
The Saint Philip Neri University Parish was established in 1946 as a Newman Center to serve Roman Catholic students at the University of Tulsa. In 1991 it moved to its present location at 440 South Florence Avenue. On May 1, 2022 it became a Personal Parish to serve the college community at TU and in the Diocese of Tulsa.
Our Mission
Our mission is for students to know Jesus personally, fully participating in His great commission by first living and then communicating the fullness of life within the family of God, the Church.

Our Location
Our center is located on the campus of the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We are three blocks west of Harvard Avenue, between 4th Place and 5th Street. Our building is on the west side of Florence Avenue, across from John Rogers Hall and northwest of the Allen Chapman Activities Center (ACAC) and Hardesty Hall. Ample parking is available, including the 4th and College South Lot on the west side of our chapel.
