Our Mission
Welcome to The Niagara Frontier Catholic Community, comprised of St. Peter's Parish in Lewiston & Youngstown, NY along with Immaculate Conception Parish in Ransomville, NY. Responding to God’s loving invitation to eternal life for us all, it is our collaborative mission to make disciples in God’s name (Matthew 28:18).
Parish Leadership
The parish is led by Fr. Alphonse Arulandu, Parochial Vicar, and Fr. Sam Giangreco, Parish Administrator. Fr. Giangreco brings 10 years of pastoral experience from parishes in Buffalo, Elma, and as a hospital chaplain. Fr. Arulandu, ordained in 1993, brings experience from India and the U.S., including roles as pastor, administrator, and director of social services.
Faith Formation & Sacraments
St. Peter RC School and Faith Formation programs offer catechesis for children and families. Sacramental preparation is available for Baptism, Confirmation, and other sacraments. The parish also offers RCIA (OCIA) for those seeking to join the Catholic Church.
Ministries & Outreach
The parish supports a wide range of ministries including Eucharistic Adoration, prayer groups, Respect Life, St. Vincent dePaul, and the St. Gianna Molla Center. Community outreach includes Alpha, Home Schooling Co-Op, and Catholic Parenting Initiative.
Worship & Liturgy
Mass is celebrated daily Monday through Saturday at 7:45 am, with Saturday Vigil at 4:30 pm and Sunday Masses at 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Confession is available at various times throughout the week. Outdoor Mass & Picnic events are held seasonally.
