Why belong here
St. Peter Mission offers a small, intimate Sunday Mass at 9:30 a.m. for Catholic families living on Jacksonville's Southside who prefer a more personal worship setting than the 1,200-seat main sanctuary at St. Paul's. The mission is paired with a monthly Friday evening Holy Hour of Eucharistic Adoration with prayer, worship, reflection, and music that brings the community together in a deeper encounter with the Blessed Sacrament. Because it is served by the pastor and staff of St. Paul Parish — the largest parish in the Diocese of St. Augustine — mission parishioners have full access to the wider parish's faith formation, music, sacramental, and outreach ministries while enjoying the close-knit feel of a neighborhood mission.
