St. Paul the Apostle is a small Catholic mission parish in White, South Dakota, part of the Diocese of Sioux Falls and one of six parishes that make up the All Saints Pastorate in east-central South Dakota. It is served jointly with St. John the Evangelist in Arlington, St. Thomas More and the Pius XII Newman Center in Brookings, Our Lady of Good Counsel in Elkton, and St. Francis de Sales in Estelline. The parish celebrates weekend Mass on Sunday morning and a weekly Friday morning Mass, with confessions heard before Sunday Mass and by appointment. St. Paul the Apostle does not stand alone. Since the pastorate model was adopted by the Diocese of Sioux Falls, it has been grouped with five neighboring Catholic communities into the All Saints Pastorate: St. John the Evangelist in Arlington, St. Thomas More in Brookings, the Pius XII Newman Center at South Dakota State University, Our Lady of Good Counsel in Elkton, and St. Francis de Sales in Estelline. The pastorate shares priests, staff, faith-formation resources, and bulletin announcements so that each small-town mission like White can keep a regular sacramental schedule.

Clergy and Staff
The pastorate is led by a pastor and supported by two parochial vicars, a deacon, a Director of Evangelization & Discipleship, and parish-level Directors of Religious Education. Central office functions (business manager, bookkeeper, administrative assistant, maintenance) are coordinated out of St. Thomas More in Brookings. Fr. Patrick Grode additionally serves as Priest Director of the Pius XII Newman Center.

Religious Education (Grades 1–12)
The All Saints Pastorate offers religious education classes at each parish for students in grades 1–12. The Spirit of Truth curriculum is used for grades 1–6 across all pastorate parishes. Classes are taught by volunteer catechists and led by the pastorate priests, the Director of Evangelization, and each parish's Director of Religious Education. All adult volunteers must complete a background check and the Diocese of Sioux Falls Safe Environment training.

Agnus Dei Summer Youth Program
Agnus Dei is a pastorate-wide summer catechetical and faith-formation program for young people that weaves games, skits, and songs into teaching the faith, prayer, and the beauty of the Christian life. The elementary track (entering grades 1–6) rotates through the parishes of the All Saints Pastorate, while middle- and high-school youth (entering grades 7–12) gather for a combined week at St. Thomas More in Brookings.
