Parish History
St. Paul's Church was incorporated on July 23, 1913, as a nonprofit corporation registered with the Wyoming Corporations Division. For more than a century, the parish has ministered to Catholics in Pine Bluffs and the surrounding rural region. In the mid-twentieth century, Msgr. Daniel B. Carroll served as pastor (1942-1948) before being transferred to St. Barbara's Parish in Powell, where he earned the title of Prelate of Honor from Pope Paul VI in 1974.

Clergy and Leadership
The parish is currently served by Very Reverend Carl Gallinger, who is also the Vicar General of the Diocese of Cheyenne. In addition to St. Paul in Pine Bluffs, Fr. Gallinger shepherds Holy Trinity in Cheyenne, St. Joseph in Albin, and St. Peter in Carpenter.

Devotions

Visiting Pine Bluffs
Pine Bluffs is a small town in the easternmost part of Wyoming, near the Nebraska state line and along Interstate 80. Travelers can reach the church from I-80 by taking the Business Loop exit south onto Beech Street, which leads into town and to the parish's East 4th Street location.
