Anointing of the Sick
Anointing of the Sick is celebrated on the 2nd Sunday of every month at all Masses, making the sacrament readily available to any parishioner who wishes to receive it.

Music Ministry
Music at St. Paul is coordinated by Del Kahlstorf, the Shared Director of Liturgy. The parish supports a Sanctus Choir (open to high school students and older, rehearsing Thursday evenings 6:30–8:30 PM) and a Resurrection Choir that provides music for parish funerals. From time to time the parish seeks instrumentalists to assist with Mass music.

Liturgical Ministry
St. Paul invites parishioners to serve at Mass in a variety of lay liturgical roles. Greeters, lectors, cantors, hospitality ministers, extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion, and adult and student (grade 5+) altar servers are all scheduled in advance by the ministry leads and are essential to the parish's worship life.

Human Concerns & Outreach
St. Paul's Human Concerns Commission gives direction and vision to the parish's outreach, organized around the Corporal and Spiritual Works of Mercy. The signature outreach is the parish's St. Vincent de Paul Conference, which makes home visits to individuals and families in need on Milwaukee's south side.

St. Vincent de Paul Conference
The parish's St. Vincent de Paul team is a group of parishioners who offer help and hope to individuals and families in need, with efforts focused on Milwaukee's south side. The conference meets twice monthly (1st & 3rd Mondays) to review requested needs in the area and assign two home-visit volunteers, then conducts home visits to determine the extent of need, prays with those served, and connects them with resources that may move them toward independence.

Respect Life
The Respect Life ministry promotes the Church's teaching that all human life is sacred from conception to natural death. The committee publishes parish-bulletin announcements highlighting speakers and events that support pro-life organizations and encourage parishioners to live in a manner consistent with Catholic moral teaching.

Faith Formation & Sacramental Preparation
Faith formation at the parish is overseen by the Formation Commission, which meets monthly to set parish-wide formation goals. A Child & Family Ministry Director (shared with St. Bruno Parish in the Archdiocese) coordinates programs for children Pre-K through Grade 5, including sacramental preparation for First Reconciliation, First Communion, and Confirmation, in collaboration with the pastor and parish staff.
