Ministries

The Guild of St. Patrick-St. Anthony Church ~ The mission of this ministry is to draw parishioners and visitors together through social activites (i.e. Coffee and Donuts, seasonal gatherings both in the Church Hall or at outside locations, receptions, etc.) Contact Connie Griffin for more information. Pastoral Care ~ This ministry handles outreach to the homebound and those in nursing homes. It provides assistance with funerals and resources for bereavement. For those with a caring heart and willing hands, this is the perfect ministry. If interested, contact Brenda Fancett at 315-507-2528. Prayer Shawl Ministry (315) 822-1101 The Prayer Shawl & Lap Robe Ministry is ongoing throughout the year. If you know of anyone, man or woman, in need (divorce, suffering from illness, etc.) who might like to receive a shawl or a lap robe, contact Peggy Peck at 315-822-1101. Envelop your loved one in need with a shawl filled with prayer. There is NO fee. Sunshine Card Ministry ~ overseen by Andrea Toomey, this ministry sends out cards monthly to over 25 parishioners who are homebound or in nursing home. We are grateful for any donations of cards or postage for this link to our parishioners who are unable to come to Mass. Donations may be dropped off at the parish office. Music Ministry ~ "To sing is to pray twice." That is indeed true in our parish with Sean Clive as the Director the Music. Sean, Lisa Griffin, and Forrest Harper are joined by other singers and musicians to lead us in worship through music and song. We are a fortunate parish. Liturgy Commitee ~ One can tell a lot about a parish by how warm and welcoming it is through the care of the grounds and the Church proper (i.e. sanctuary, vestibule, and congregation seating area). Brenda Fancett oversees this powerful ministry and she welcomes volunteers to assist with preparation of the seasonal decor. Brenda can be reached by calling 315-507-2528.
