St. Patrick Church in South Bend, Indiana, is a historic downtown Catholic parish that has shared pastoral leadership with St. Hedwig Parish since 2001. In August 2024, the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend decreed their consolidation into St. Patrick-St. Hedwig Parish, keeping both church buildings open under one canonical parish. The parish office is located in the St. Hedwig rectory at 331 S. Scott Street, while St. Patrick Church continues as a worship site on South Taylor Street. The community carries forward both Irish and Polish Catholic heritage rooted in South Bend's downtown west side.
