History of St. Patrick's

St. Patrick's Church was part of a merger in January 1985, combining with St. Joseph’s to form one parish community. The parish has hosted the annual Parish Family Picnic since 1980, beginning with a Mass, potluck, games, and parachute candy drops. In 1982, the Polka Mass was introduced, featuring live music by bands like the Just Because Band and later Cathy Erickson Band, who retired in 2023. The St. Joseph’s Ladies Guild and St. Patrick’s Christian Mothers merged to form the current St. Patrick’s Christian Mothers organization, which continues to support parish events and community service.
