About St. Patrick · Greenfield, Missouri

St. Patrick Mission Church in Greenfield, Missouri, is the only Catholic church in Dade County and has served rural Catholics across southwest Missouri since 1947. Founded under Bishop Edwin O'Hara's vision of a church in every county, the parish grew from humble army-barracks beginnings into a small but faithful community centered on the Eucharist and outreach. Today it is served from St. Mary Parish in Lamar under the pastoral care of Rev. Patrick Teter, drawing parishioners from Greenfield, Golden City, Lockwood, Dadeville, and Ash Grove.
