St. Patrick's Church in Catskill, New York is a Catholic parish of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany serving the village of Catskill in Greene County. Today it operates as part of the 'Community of Saint Patrick Athens / Catskill', sharing clergy and ministries with neighboring St. Patrick's in Athens. The historic 1885 Bridge Street church closed for good in 2016, and the community now celebrates Mass and the sacraments at the Catskill worship site at 66 William Street, with Sunday Mass at 8:45 AM.

History

St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church was Established in 1853 in the village of Catskill and the present church was built in 1885. The parish was an anchor institution in the village for generations — baptisms, marriages, and parish-school education (St. Patrick's Academy) were all part of parish life.

St. Patrick's Catskill celebrates a regular weekly Mass schedule coordinated across the HHV West Network. The Sunday Mass at St. Patrick's Catskill is at 8:45 AM; Wednesday Mass is at 8:30 AM. The Saturday Vigil at 4:00 PM is celebrated at St. Patrick's Catskill on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month.
