About St. Mary’s Chapel · Saint Paul, Minnesota
St. Mary’s Chapel is the historic oratory of The Saint Paul Seminary, set on the south campus of the University of St. Thomas overlooking the Mississippi River. Completed in 1905, it remains the primary place of worship for priests, seminarians, graduate lay students, faculty, and staff. The chapel also welcomes friends, supporters, and the wider University of St. Thomas community to weekday Mass.

Weekly Mass schedule
Daily Mass
Weekday Mass is celebrated Monday through Friday at 11:45 a.m. All are welcome, including friends, supporters of the seminary, and the University of St. Thomas community.
Chapel Reservations
Because St. Mary’s Chapel is canonically designated as an oratory, sacramental weddings or baptisms may not be performed here. Inquiries about the use of the chapel may be directed to the seminary reception desk.
