History
St. Mary Mission was established in 1970 as an outreach of St. Anthony Parish to serve the Hispanic Catholic community of northwest Robstown. Since 1990, priests of the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity (SOLT) — a missionary society founded in 1958 in New Mexico by Fr. James Flanagan — have staffed both St. Anthony Parish and its mission. SOLT, now headquartered in Corpus Christi, emphasizes Marian-Trinitarian spirituality and service in areas of 'deepest apostolic need,' making St. Mary Mission a natural fit for its missionary charism.

There are also youth ministry, men's and women's groups, and the annual parish bazaar.
