St. Mary Church in Fennimore, Wisconsin is the principal worship site of Queen of All Saints Parish, a Roman Catholic parish of the Diocese of Madison situated in Grant County. St. Mary Church, Fennimore
St. Mary is the principal worship site and home of the parish offices at 960 Jefferson St., Fennimore. It is the largest of the three churches in the Queen of All Saints family and the site of the 2013–2014 sanctuary restoration.

History & Sanctuary Restoration
In May 1914, The Fennimore Times reported that 'St. Mary's Church is one of the most magnificently adorned church edifices in this part of the state.' In the wake of Vatican II the interior decorations were removed. Fr. Miguel Galvez arrived as pastor in 2011 and partnered with Conrad Schmitt Studios of Waukesha to restore the sanctuary. The project produced new Gothic-inspired altar furnishings, a freestanding altar with a hand-carved Last Supper, sanctuary rails, a new ambo and baptismal font, frames for the Stations of the Cross, decorative lighting, and reupholstered pews. Above the sanctuary, six apse murals depict Mary, Queen of Saints, with the parish co-patrons St. John Nepomuc and St. Lawrence O'Toole alongside Doctors of the Church St. Thomas and St. Teresa. Bishop Robert C. Morlino dedicated the altar at the 11 a.m. Mass on Sunday, March 2, 2014.
