St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church serves the Swannanoa Valley since 1936, offering Mass in English and Spanish, confession, adoration, and a range of ministries including Catholic Faith Formation and newcomer support. The parish is led by Pastor Rev. Aaron Z. Huber and is currently undertaking a major capital campaign called 'Bells of Hope' to improve its facilities. Our Patroness & History
St. Margaret Mary Alacoque was chosen by Christ to arouse the Church to a realization of the love of God symbolized by the heart of Jesus. Her early years were marked by sickness and a painful home situation. After considering marriage, she entered the Order of the Visitation nuns at age 24. Though described as humble and kind, she was not ordinary — her life became a powerful witness to faith and devotion.
Ministries & Outreach
The parish offers Catholic Faith Formation at Nazareth, a Newcomers Ministry, and a Children’s Safety Program. It also runs the 'Bells of Hope' capital campaign to improve its building and supports diocesan initiatives and global relief efforts, including aid to Venezuela.
