Family Discipleship & Sacramental Preparation
Faith formation at St. Louis is built around the whole family. Children and teens preparing for First Communion and Confirmation move through a 'family discipleship' track that involves both parents and children in classes, retreats, and parish life. Teen Confirmation includes formation sessions, a retreat experience, service opportunities, parent formation nights, and a sponsor.

St. Louis Catholic School
Sharing the Burnet Road campus, St. Louis Catholic School is the parish's Pre-K through 8th-grade elementary school. It is a key part of the parish's identity and mission, and many parish ministries — such as the altar server program — are intentionally connected to school families.

Liturgical Ministries
Lay liturgical ministries are central to the worship life of the parish, especially given the number of Sunday Masses celebrated each week. The Altar Server Ministry in particular is well developed, with multiple ranks of servers and a formal training pipeline for boys and girls in grades 4 through 12 who are registered parishioners and have received First Communion.

Social Ministries & Outreach
St. Louis King of France operates one of the most extensive parish social-ministry programs in Austin, framed by the Corporal Works of Mercy (Matthew 25). The Social Ministries office (open Tuesday–Friday, 9:30 AM–4:00 PM) houses the Food Pantry, the St. Louis Farm, the St. Vincent de Paul Society, Mobile Loaves & Fishes, Gabriel Project, Faithful Friends, the Prayer Blanket Ministry, and the annual Giving Trees collection.

Prayer Blanket Ministry
A long-running fellowship-and-service ministry in which volunteers sew, knit, and crochet blankets in their homes. The finished blankets are brought to St. Louis to be blessed and offered for a donation that benefits parish projects. They are especially given to the sick and dying, or as gifts for special occasions.

Visiting & Contacting the Parish
The parish office is open Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a new front desk and entrance located in the St. Louis Commons.
