St. Louis Catholic Church is a Roman Catholic parish in Cathedral City, California. The parish was formed in March 1948 from portions of Our Lady of Solitude (Palm Springs) and Our Lady of Perpetual Help (Indio), with Fr. Joseph Leissler as founding pastor. The original church—a relocated former military hospital ward—was dedicated by Bishop Charles T. Buddy of the Diocese of San Diego on February 10, 1949; the present church was dedicated on March 3, 1974. The parish has belonged to the Diocese of San Bernardino since 1978.
