History
Immaculate Conception Parish, the mother parish of St. Jude Mission Church, traces its origins to 1849, when it was founded as a mission, and was established as a parish in 1867. St. Jude Mission Church in North East serves the Catholic faithful of northeastern Cecil County under the pastoral care of Immaculate Conception Parish.
