St. Jude Church is a small Catholic chapel in the village of Fair Haven, NY, one of three worship sites that make up the Catholic Community of the Blessed Trinity (CCBT), along with St. Mary Magdalene in Wolcott and St. Thomas in Red Creek. St. Jude operates as a seasonal summer chapel — it opens on Father's Day each year and typically closes the second or third Sunday in September — when Sunday Mass is celebrated at 8:00 AM. For the rest of the year, the CCBT faithful attend Mass at St. Thomas in Red Creek. Sacramental Preparation
All seven sacraments and their preparation are coordinated through the Catholic Community of the Blessed Trinity. The parish prepares children and adults for First Reconciliation and First Communion, Confirmation, Marriage, Baptism, Anointing of the Sick, and Funeral rites. Families are encouraged to contact the parish office early in their planning.

Faith Formation
Faith Formation across the Catholic Parishes of Eastern Wayne County serves children in grades 1–7 with foundational catechesis, alongside Sacramental Preparation integrated into the program. Adult Faith Formation opportunities include Bible studies, prayer groups, and adult catechesis programs. A Youth Ministry offers middle- and high-schoolers retreats, service projects, and liturgical participation.

St. Jude is one of three worship sites of the Catholic Community of the Blessed Trinity, which serves the lakeside villages of Wolcott, Red Creek, and Fair Haven.

Parish Staff and Pastoral Leadership
The Catholic Community of the Blessed Trinity shares leadership with St. Joseph the Worker (Clyde) and St. Michael (Newark) within the Wayne County cluster. Fr. Felicjan Sierotowicz was appointed Pastor on November 21, 2025, having previously served as Parochial Administrator, and was renewed for a second six-year term in 2026. Fr. John Omboga serves as Parochial Vicar. Annette Syracusa serves as Regional Financial Director for the cluster.

Getting Involved
The CCBT invites parishioners to take a copy of the Parish Ministries list from the parish office, pray over it, and identify ministries that match their gifts. Newcomers can sign up at the Ministry Tables after Mass to learn more, while existing volunteers are encouraged to share their joy in service and invite others to join. The parish reminds everyone: 'Be not afraid! Engage and participate to break the culture of indifference.'
