Faith Formation (Religious Education)

St. Joseph's runs a parish-based Faith Formation program for children in K–9th grade, meeting twice a month on Sunday mornings from 9:15 to 10:15 am at St. Joseph's. Sacramental preparation for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist is built into the 2nd-grade classes, while Confirmation is conferred in 10th grade and uses the Decision Point program from Dynamic Catholic. Registrations, fees, and sacramental records are handled by Faith Formation Administrator Margie Carroll.

RCIA — Becoming Catholic

The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the parish's process for welcoming adults into full communion with the Catholic Church. It serves unbaptized adults (Catechumens), Christians baptized in another denomination (Candidates), and baptized Catholics seeking the Sacraments of Eucharist and/or Confirmation. RCIA also welcomes already-Catholic adults who want to refresh or deepen their faith. An information session is held each October; specific dates are announced in the bulletin.

Prayer & Worship Ministry

Beyond the regular Mass schedule, the parish nurtures communal prayer through a weekly Sunday-night rosary at St. Paul's and weekday Morning Devotion following Wednesday Mass. A Prayer & Worship small-group ministry also gathers separately for men and women throughout the month.

Pastoral Staff & Pastoral Council

The parish is led day-to-day by Parish Administrator Fr. Simon Udemgba, Ph.D., with Margie Carroll serving as Pastoral Associate for Parish Administration. The Pastoral Council shares in pastoral planning, visioning, and evaluation in light of Church teaching and the parish's mission, working collaboratively with the Administrator.
