Mission Statement
We acknowledge that our Parish is under the patronage and protection of Saint Patrick. As members of the Catholic community in Colfax, our mission is to aid our parishioners to become holy through practicing the Catholic faith as perfectly as possible. The path to holiness revolves around the real presence of our Lord in the Eucharist. Our parish encourages a way of life that revolves around the Church’s liturgical calendar, especially Sunday. We reach out to members who are unable to be present physically at our liturgical celebrations. The Church on earth is by Her nature missionary. We do our part by word and deed to spread the good news of our Lord and Savior. Through evangelization we welcome new members. Through a strong catechetical program we hand the faith on to our children so that all enjoy the fullness of faith. Thus we strive to build up and continue the ONE, HOLY, CATHOLIC, and APOSTOLIC CHURCH.
