About All Saints Catholic Parish
All Saints Catholic Parish was formed on July 1, 2013, when the rural parishes of Holy Family (Stanley), Sacred Heart–St. Joseph (Boyd), and St. Rose of Lima (Cadott) merged under the direction of Father William Felix and Bishop William Callahan of the Diocese of La Crosse. The merger was a response to the pastoral needs of more than 1,000 families spread across nearly 20 miles of the Highway 29 corridor in northwestern Wisconsin. While retaining three separate church buildings, the parish added new staff and programs to strengthen youth ministry, Catholic education, the New Evangelization, and care for the sick and newborn. It was the first three-church merger of its kind in the Diocese of La Crosse and is one of the largest parishes in the diocese.

The program aims to help young people encounter Jesus Christ in the sacraments and in the truths of the Catholic faith through classroom sessions, youth activities, and special events. Adult faith formation is offered through the RCIA program, led by Deacon Ned Willkom, for non-Catholics and fallen-away Catholics preparing to receive the sacraments of initiation at the Easter Vigil.
