Under the Diocese of Madison's 'Into the Deep' pastoral planning initiative, the parish was grouped with several neighboring churches into Pastorate 11, which began operating as a unified collaborative on July 1, 2023, with a single shared bulletin, merged calendars, and joint events. The pastorate was formally canonically erected as Christ the King Parish, and an installation Mass for its first pastor, Fr. Chahm Gahng, was celebrated in December 2024. The community has worked to consolidate parish councils, faith formation programs, and communications across the geographically separated church sites, while preserving a regular worship schedule at each individual church.

St. Joseph in Argyle celebrates Sunday Mass at 11:00 AM on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month. Confessions are heard immediately before Mass on those Sundays, from 10:30 to 10:45 AM. On the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month, parishioners are invited to attend Mass at one of the other Christ the King church sites (most commonly St. Victor in Monroe or St. Francis of Assisi in Belleville).

Faith Formation & Religious Education
Religious education for children, middle-schoolers, and high-schoolers from St. Joseph is administered pastorate-wide by a single coordinator of faith formation under Christ the King Parish. Programs include a monthly family-centered formation gathering as well as separate middle school and high school tracks. The unified program was developed during the Into the Deep process so that families across the Argyle, Monroe, Brodhead, Belleville, Albany, and Hollandale church sites share the same faith formation calendar and resources.

Evangelization & Encounter Nights
A signature outreach of the Christ the King Pastorate is Encounter Nights, launched in May 2024 at the suggestion of then-parochial-administrator Fr. David Carrano. These evenings invite parishioners — including those from St. Joseph in Argyle — to meet Jesus in Eucharistic Adoration, be healed through the sacrament of Confession, and grow in discipleship through the personal witness of a fellow parishioner. Encounter Nights are open to anyone in the pastorate and frequently beyond.
