Mission, Vision & Values

The Tri-Parishes describe themselves as three small communities that rely mostly on volunteer work to accomplish ministry and maintenance. Their stated mission is to have a movement of growing disciples of Jesus Christ committed to loving God, loving others, and making disciples. Orthodox in their Roman Catholic faith, they seek to creatively serve the New Evangelization by bringing the unchurched in their community to Christ. Their vision is "Making Church matter by growing disciples in South Central Dodge County."

Clergy & Staff

The Tri-Parishes are served by one Administrator, two Associate Pastors, and a small lay staff that supports liturgy, music, youth ministry, and parish administration.

Fellowship, Fundraising & Community Life

Fellowship is a core value of the Tri-Parishes, and each parish sponsors its own traditions throughout the year — including the Fall Char-boiled Beef Festival at St. Columbkille, Fish Frys at Holy Family and St. Columbkille, the Annual Outdoor Mass, and Christmas potlucks. The Christian Mothers society is the women's fellowship and fundraising organization specific to St. John the Baptist, Clyman, and hosts monthly community luncheons at the parish hall that are open to parishioners, neighbors, and friends.

Youth, Faith Formation & Music

Youth ministry, faith formation, and liturgical music are coordinated across the Tri-Parishes. Peter Laning serves as Director of Youth & Young Adult Ministry, and Pat Seidlinger serves as Liturgist and Choir Director. The Tri-Parish Totus Tuus summer catechetical program is offered each year, with recent sessions held at Holy Family in Reeseville.
