Why belong here
St. Isidore offers small, faithful Sunday worship in two historic Wyoming County churches — an early-morning 7:30 AM Mass at St. Mary in Silver Springs and a full weekend schedule at St. Joseph in Perry — within a tight-knit rural Catholic community. Worshippers share in a broader Family of Parishes that includes St. Michael (Warsaw) and Mary Immaculate (East Bethany), meaning priests from neighboring communities regularly assist with Masses, confessions, and pastoral care. It is a place to belong whether you are a long-time Perry or Silver Springs parishioner or a newcomer to the rolling farmland of eastern Wyoming County.

History of St. Isidore Parish
St. Isidore Parish was erected in 2008 by the Diocese of Buffalo under the 'Journey in Faith and Grace' pastoral plan, uniting five historic Wyoming County parishes. Its patron, St. Isidore the Farmer, was chosen for a community still rooted in agriculture. Of the merged churches, only St. Mary in Silver Springs and St. Joseph in Perry remained open as active worship sites; Assumption (Portageville, est. 1849), St. Joseph (Bliss), and the Polish-origin St. Stanislaus Kostka (Perry, est. 1910) were closed. St. Stanislaus Kostka's once-thriving campus was sold in July 2012 after the merger.
