History
St. Francis Xavier parish and school have been a spiritual and academic presence for many people for over one hundred and thirty years, thanks to the spiritual leadership of the Missionaries and Sisters of the Precious Blood and many lay leaders who guided people on their spiritual journeys. The parish community is described as standing on the shoulders of those who sacrificed to build it for themselves, their families, and future generations.

Sacraments
The parish offers all seven sacraments: Baptism, Reconciliation, Eucharist, Confirmation, Marriage, Anointing of the Sick, and Holy Orders. Sacraments are celebrated regularly, including Mass in English and Vietnamese.
