All Saints Area Faith Community
St. Francis de Sales is one of three Catholic parishes in the All Saints Area Faith Community, a clustered-parish model in the Diocese of New Ulm. The other two member parishes are the Church of St. Andrew in Fairfax and the Church of St. Willibrord in Gibbon. The three share a single pastor — Monsignor Eugene L. Lozinski — and a unified team of parish, faith-formation, youth, safe-environment, and Hispanic-ministry staff.

Faith Formation and Religious Education
The All Saints Area Faith Community offers religious education for children, youth, and adults through regular classes, Bible studies, retreats, parish missions, and other presentations. Religious education prepares candidates for the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Eucharist, Confirmation) and Reconciliation, and seeks to inspire all to live as disciples of Christ through participation in the liturgy, an active prayer life, and service to community.

Youth Ministry
A dedicated area-wide Youth Minister supports the faith life of young parishioners across all three All Saints parishes, helping middle-school and high-school teens grow as disciples through fellowship, formation, and service opportunities.

Hispanic Ministry
The All Saints Area Faith Community maintains an active Hispanic Ministry Committee that serves Spanish-speaking parishioners and their families across all three parishes. The committee plans devotions, gatherings, and outreach that strengthen the life of the Hispanic Catholic community in the area.

St. Francis de Sales parish is served by Minnesota Knights of Columbus Council 7051. The Knights support the parish through faith, charity, and fraternity — a long-standing Catholic men's organization that contributes service and fund-raising to parish life.

St. Francis de Sales is part of the Diocese of New Ulm, a Latin-Church diocese of the Roman Catholic Church in southwestern and south-central Minnesota. The current bishop is the Most Reverend Chad W. Zielinski, the diocese's fifth bishop, who was installed on September 27, 2022, at the Church of St. Mary in Sleepy Eye, succeeding Bishop John M. LeVoir, who retired on August 10, 2020.
