A Note from Father Padilla
Father Alex Padilla shared a personal letter on the parish website introducing himself to parishioners. Born and raised in Spring Hill, he attended Notre Dame Catholic School, Spring Hill Christian Academy, and Bishop McLaughlin Catholic High School (class of 2007, the school's first-ever graduating class), then studied philosophy at the University of Central Florida. After seminary formation at St. John Vianney College Seminary in Miami and theological/canonical studies at the North American College in Rome, he was ordained in 2016 and served at the Cathedral of St. Jude, Christ the King in Tampa, and St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary before being assigned to St. Frances Xavier Cabrini.

Faith Formation and RCIA
Faith Formation at St. Frances Xavier Cabrini serves both children and adults and is the parish's pathway for ongoing catechesis and sacramental preparation.
