History of the Parish
Established in 1975 in the Southern Deanery of the Diocese of Venice, the parish quickly became a spiritual home for Catholics in the Golden Gate / Collier County area. In 1981, parishioners laid the foundations for the parish school, and the community has continued to grow in faith and in numbers through four decades of worship, education, and outreach.

St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School
St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School is a co-educational parish school (PK3 through 8th grade) on the parish campus. The school is described as an extension of the teaching mission of the Catholic Church, with high academic standards and the integration of Catholic Christian philosophy throughout school life. As the parish notes, 'No student is turned away if they desire a Catholic education.' The school serves children from all six parishes in Collier County as well as from St. Leo's parish in Lee County, and currently enrolls about 305 students.

Faith Formation
Faith Formation at St. Elizabeth Seton serves children and families across the parish and the broader Collier County Catholic community. The Faith Formation Office is staffed by Director of Faith Formation Oscar Restrepo, and operates on extended hours (M/W/F 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Tuesday 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM; Thursday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) to accommodate working parents. The parish also welcomes adults into RCIA-style inquiry and baptism preparation, stating 'Get baptized. Start the process. We welcome everyone.'
