St. Elizabeth Church at 350 Reedsdale Road, Milton is one of two worship campuses of Our Lady of the Visitation Parish, a Roman Catholic community in the Archdiocese of Boston formed from the merger of the former St. Elizabeth Parish (founded 1947) and St. Mary of the Hills Parish (founded 1931). Weekend Masses at St. Elizabeth Church are celebrated on Saturday evening and twice on Sunday morning. Weekday Masses are offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 AM. The Rosary is prayed every day before the 9:00 AM Mass at 8:35 AM. The parish also livestreams Masses on its website.

Faith Formation & Religious Education
Faith formation is a vital element of parish life at Our Lady of the Visitation. Programs are offered for children from Pre-K through Grade 10, with Confirmation preparation beginning in 7th grade as a two-year program leading to reception of the sacrament in 8th grade. The parish also welcomes high-school students who have not yet been confirmed, as well as adults and teens seeking full initiation through OCIA.

Confirmation & First Communion
Following Archdiocese of Boston norms, students begin Confirmation preparation in 7th grade and receive the sacrament in 8th grade. First Communion is celebrated in the spring (typically May) at both the St. Elizabeth and St. Mary of the Hills campuses. The parish bulletin lists specific dates each year.

Music & Liturgy
Music ministry at St. Elizabeth Church is led by a Director of Music and an Assistant Director of Music who also directs the Youth Choir. The program supports the parish's Sunday and weekday liturgies through adult choir, cantors, and a youth choir, with opportunities for parishioners to participate in liturgical music.

Sacraments
The parish celebrates all the usual sacraments. Baptisms are scheduled at specific times at St. Elizabeth (and St. Mary of the Hills), with Baptismal Catechesis required for first-time parents. Couples planning marriage are asked to contact the parish office at least six months before the wedding. Parishioners who are homebound or sick may arrange to receive the Eucharist at home through the parish's ministry to the sick.
