Founded in 1978, the parish has grown from its first celebrations in the laundry room of the Good Shepherd Convent with 460 parishioners to a vibrant faith community of more than 1,300 individuals and families. Mass & Sacrament Schedule
The parish offers three weekend Masses — Saturday at 4:15 p.m. and Sunday at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. — as well as daily Mass Tuesday through Friday at 8:00 a.m. There is no Mass on Mondays. The 8:30 a.m. Sunday Mass is sometimes livestreamed on the parish YouTube channel when resources allow.

Faith Formation and Religious Education
Faith formation is a cornerstone of parish life. Weekly Religious Education classes (formerly known as CCD) run Wednesday evenings during the school year for children attending public school. Sacramental preparation is offered for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist in 2nd grade, and Confirmation in 11th grade, with pre-Confirmation classes in 9th and 10th grades. The parish partners with Holy Cross Parish each summer to host the Totus Tuus program, a dynamic vacation Bible school led by youth missionaries.

Catholic Schools
Although the parish does not operate its own school, it actively supports Catholic education through partnerships with the Green Bay Area Catholic Education System (GRACE) and Notre Dame Academy. The parish's GRACE school is Holy Family School, which serves children from preschool through 8th grade and currently enrolls 121 parish children. Sixty-five young adults from the parish attend Notre Dame Academy.

Music and Liturgy
Music ministry at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton is led by Director of Liturgical Music Maria Hinnendael and Liturgical Coordinator Jennifer Poehlmann. The choir and music team support the parish's weekend liturgies and livestreamed Masses, and the parish publishes music ministry playlists on its website. The Worship Committee promotes, coordinates, and enhances the worship and prayer life of the parish community.

Worship Ministries and Volunteer Roles
Parishioners are invited to take an active role in weekend liturgies, with the parish aiming for the 'fullness of the Body of Christ' at every Mass. Liturgical roles include servers, lectors, sacristan, Eucharistic ministers, ushers, hospitality ministers, greeters, and A/V slide operators. Faith in Action — Outreach and Community Involvement
The parish's Faith in Action outreach supports several community organizations that serve people in need in the spirit of Christ. Parishioners can volunteer their time and talents with local partners that address hunger, shelter, and housing in the Green Bay area.

A dedicated Prayer Chain prays for parishioners' intentions; requests can be made by calling the parish office or through the website. The parish also gathers occasionally to pray the Rosary together in the evenings.
