History
St. Brendan Parish was formed from Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Daytona Beach, with humble beginnings. In February 1960, Msgr. Irvine Nugent, Pastor of Our Lady of Lourdes, asked Mr. Matt Queenan of Ormond Beach to find a suitable place for Sunday Mass on the North Peninsula.

Our parish offers a wide range of ministries including liturgical, pastoral, and outreach programs. These include the Knights of Columbus, Council of Catholic Women, Bereavement Group, Caregiver’s Support Group, Chair Yoga Flow Class, and active choirs for children and adults.

Sacraments
