History of St. Boniface Parish
St. Boniface was established June 17, 1971, when Archbishop Coleman Carroll created five new parishes to keep up with explosive growth in the Diocese of Miami. Father Jack Totty was the founding pastor and held the earliest Masses at Boulevard Heights School and Pines Middle School. Father Michael Eivers took over in October 1973 and oversaw the construction of the Parish Center designed by architect Blair Wright, dedicated on Palm Sunday 1976; in 1982 he inaugurated the Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament that defines the parish to this day. The parish became a stewardship parish in 1983 and saw 40 home-based Cell Groups spring up alongside 67 ministries coordinated by Muriel Kroll. Father Antonio Silió (March 1999) made the parish multicultural with English, Spanish, and French programming; Father Fernando Orejuela, A.I.C., was appointed administrator in 2013 and pastor in 2014.

Mass & Worship Schedule
St. Boniface offers Mass seven days a week, with multiple Sunday options in English and Spanish, daily 8 AM English Mass Monday through Saturday, and 7 PM Spanish Mass Monday through Friday. Masses are livestreamed, and the parish also broadcasts morning and evening prayer, the Rosary, and Adoration to the Blessed Sacrament throughout the day.

Sacraments
The parish prepares parishioners for the seven sacraments through catechesis, retreats, and personal accompaniment. Marriage preparation must begin at least four months before the desired wedding date, and Anointing of the Sick is offered by contacting the pastor.

Faith Formation & Religious Education
St. Boniface runs a full year of catechetical programs for children, youth, and adults, including sacramental preparation for Reconciliation, First Communion, and Confirmation. Classes follow the school-year calendar and require registration through the parish office with required documents and a non-refundable deposit.
