Sunday is the heart of parish life at Saint Benedict, with three Masses — 9:00 AM, 12:00 noon, and 5:00 PM — preceded by a 5:00 PM Saturday Vigil. Daily Mass is offered Tuesday and Friday at 8:30 AM, Wednesday at 8:30 AM, and Friday also offers an early 6:40 AM Mass for commuters. A special 8:30 AM Mass is celebrated on the first Saturday of each month. All liturgies are celebrated in English in the Roman-Latin Rite.

Faith Formation and Religious Education
Religious Education at Saint Benedict covers the full span from preschool through adult life. A dedicated Religious Education Coordinator and secretary run the K–8 program, while Adult Education and RCIA (the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) are led by Viviana Suarez, who walks inquirers and catechumens through the process of becoming Catholic. Vacation Bible School is offered in the summer.
