St. Antoninus is a Roman Catholic parish in the Green Township area of western Cincinnati, Ohio, established in 1944 and now part of the Family of the Most Holy Eucharist within the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. The parish operates a parish school (founded 1948) staffed historically by Adrian Dominican Sisters, runs a Catholic-school chapel now used for perpetual Eucharistic Adoration, and serves a multigenerational Catholic community in the Linneman Road neighborhood. It is one of five parishes in the Beacons of Light 'SW-7' family and shares its pastor with the other parishes in that group.

Parish History
Founded in 1944 by Father Carl F. Goeckeler at the request of Archbishop John T. McNicholas — and named for the 15th-century Dominican friar St. Antoninus of Florence — the parish has served the Green Township / western Cincinnati community for more than 80 years across eight pastors. From a basement church (1963) to a Franciscan-style mission church built by Dominican Brother Bertram Bailey, and finally the current upper church dedicated by Archbishop Pilarczyk in 1992, the parish's buildings grew alongside its school and convent.

Family of the Most Holy Eucharist (Beacons of Light SW-7)
Effective July 1, 2022, St. Antoninus was grouped by the Archdiocese of Cincinnati into the Family of the Most Holy Eucharist, sharing clergy with four neighboring parishes. Father Matthew J. Robben serves as pastor of the family; parochial vicars listed for the family include Father Henry Hoffman, Father Anthony Dattilo, Father Louis Jacquemin, and Father Benson Lokidiriyo.

Beyond the Mass and Confession schedule, the parish hosts weekly devotions including a Fatima holy hour and a Thursday rosary, along with the rosary recited after each 8:00 AM weekday Mass.

St. Antoninus School
The parish school (https://www.stacatholicschool.org) opened in 1948 with a faculty of Adrian Dominican Sisters and now serves K–8 with a full lay staff, special-area teachers (art, library, health/P.E., computers), and intervention specialists. The school shares the parish campus with the church and the Adoration/Relic chapel, making it possible for children to walk over for daily Mass and weekly Adoration.

Relic Chapel
St. Antoninus houses a relic chapel of approximately 100 relics on shelves, together with a painting of the infant Christ and the Virgin Mary. One relic is an amice that was once part of the vestments on the incorrupt body of St. Antoninus of Florence — making this chapel a notable pilgrimage point within the archdiocese.
