Faith Formation & Youth Ministry

The St. Anne Blaine community runs formation programs for every age through the shared faith-formation team. Adults gather for parish Bible studies and faith-enrichment meetings, while children in Kindergarten through 5th grade attend Wednesday evenings during the school year. Two annual day-camps — ADVENTure Camp before Christmas and Jesus Day Camp in June — serve Pre-K through 5th grade.

St. Anne Middle School Youth Group

St. Anne Blaine hosts a Middle School Youth Group for students in Grades 6 through 8, meeting on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at 604 H Street, Blaine. Using YDisciple videos and a guided small-group format, the program pairs snacks and games with thought-provoking questions about life, faith, and being a middle-schooler today — creating a safe space for genuine conversation and friendship.

Liturgy & Music Ministries

Lay volunteers from the parish family support Sunday and weekday liturgy through several commissioned roles. Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion bring the Eucharist to the homebound and assist at Mass after completing the required training. Lectors proclaim Sacred Scripture, and altar servers in Grades 3 through 12 assist the priest with books, candles, and gifts at Mass and during Stations of the Cross.

Parish Outreach & Social Justice

Fellowship, Service & Stewardship

Parish life at St. Anne and across Parish Family 2 is supported by volunteer councils and guilds. Four Ladies Guilds promote fellowship and service, each staffing one Sunday coffee hour a month and caring for church flowers and holy-water fonts for three months of the year. The Pastoral Council advises the pastor in non-financial matters, while the Finance Council advises on administration, management, and parish finances. A Building Maintenance Ministry welcomes volunteers of all trade skills.
