Faith Formation and Religious Education
St. Ann operates a year-round faith-formation program for every age and stage. The Office of Faith Formation, led by Director Annabell Lee, runs Children's Religious Education for Pre-K through 5th grade and the Saint Ann Office of Youth Ministries for grades 6–12. Classes for the 2025–2026 year run from September 3, 2025 through May 13, 2026. Families must be registered parishioners living within parish boundaries for at least three months before registration, complete Diocesan Forms A and B, and pay a $50 fee per child (a $10 discount applies for each additional student beyond two). Adult Faith Formation offers an annual calendar of classes — recent offerings have included The Sacraments Parts 1 & 2 and Real Presence & Transubstantiation — coordinated with Pastoral Council member Fran Marek.

Sacraments
The parish prepares children, youth, and adults for each of the seven sacraments. Baptism preparation for infants and young children requires parents to be registered parishioners and complete preparatory classes; older children age 7 and above are prepared through an adapted Catechumenate (RCIA) process. First Reconciliation is offered in the fall/winter for grades 2–12, followed by First Eucharist in winter/spring; bilingual workbooks are available. Confirmation is celebrated within the Youth Ministry program for grades 6–12. Weddings, funerals, Anointing of the Sick, and adult RCIA are coordinated through the parish office.

Children's Ministry and Vacation Bible School
Beyond weekly Religious Education, the parish hosts Children's Liturgy of the Word during Sunday Masses from September to May, dismissing children ages 4 through grade 2 to the chapel after the Introductory Rites for an age-appropriate reflection on the day's Scriptures, then returning at the Preparation of the Gifts. Vacation Bible School runs for a week each summer in the mornings, open to children ages 4 through rising 6th grade — including non-parish and non-Catholic children — and staffed by teen and adult volunteers. Fun with Faith Days are held several times a year for families to share faith through stories, crafts, music, and drama.

Youth Ministry
The Saint Ann Office of Youth Ministries welcomes teens in grades 6 through 12 for ongoing formation and sacramental preparation. Youth ministry invites young people to engage in prayer and worship, justice and service, evangelization, catechesis, community life, leadership development, pastoral care, and advocacy. Sessions begin with 6:00 PM Mass on Wednesdays followed by class until 8:15 PM. The parish previously produced Victoria Ramon, who served as Director of Youth Ministry at St. Ann before being promoted by the Diocese of Fort Worth to Director of Youth, Young Adult, and Campus Ministry in 2021.

The parish is led by Rev. Reehan Soosai Antony, SAC — a Pallottine priest of the Society of the Catholic Apostolate, ordained May 2, 2008, who came to the Diocese of Fort Worth on May 16, 2012. He is supported by Business Manager Gina McNatt and a team of formation, liturgy, and communications staff. Melissa Rhodes serves as Coordinator of Liturgy, Bulletin Editor, and Website & Social Media Manager; Annabell Lee is Director of Faith Formation with Maricella Lira as her assistant for children's ministry.

Pastoral Council and Parish Life
The St. Ann Parish Pastoral Council meets on the third Thursday of every month at 6:00 PM in the St. Joachim Catechetical Center, Room 3 (the St. Lucy Room). The council serves as a consultative body to the pastor, helping guide the spiritual, pastoral, and administrative life of the parish. Council member Fran Marek coordinates the Adult Faith Formation liaison. Parish life is enriched by the Rosary Guild (Fridays), the Stephen Ministry, the Spanish-language Mass community, and parish-hall rental opportunities for community events.
