Worship and Sacraments
The parish's Worship and Sacraments ministry organizes the liturgical life of the community, including liturgical ministries, music, adoration, and support ministries such as the Altar Linen Ministry, Sacristy Cleaners, Family Liturgy, Art & Environment Committee, and Bereavement Ministry. Liturgical ministers include Altar Servers, Readers, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, Sacristans, Children's Liturgy of the Word leaders, and Ushers. Family Liturgy is celebrated on the 4th Sunday of the month at the 11:30 AM Mass from October through April.

Faith Formation for Children
Children's Ministry welcomes all children from 4 years old through Grade 5 into Children's Faith Formation (formerly known as PREP). Three options are offered: Sunday 8:30 AM Mass + 9:35 AM class; Sunday 9:35 AM class + 10:30 AM Mass; or Monday 5:30 PM class plus any weekend Mass. A homeschool option is also available. Children in their second consecutive year of faith formation may prepare for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist; First Reconciliation must be received prior to First Communion.

Youth Ministry
The parish's Youth Evangelization and Formation team, led by Casey Gargagliano, coordinates programs for middle and high school youth, including Summer Madness, a week-long summer program scheduled for July 13–17, 2026. Registration opens to parishioners on April 15 and to everyone on April 27.

St. Andrew by the Bay offers a wide array of ongoing adult faith formation, including Bible studies, women's and men's groups, small faith groups, and special studies such as a parish-wide reading of Dante's Divine Comedy led by Father Tyler.

Funerals & Bereavement
The parish offers compassionate funeral planning support. When a loved one dies, the parish asks to be notified right away so they can offer prayer and support; the next step is usually contacting a funeral home, which then coordinates with the parish. Funeral Masses are typically celebrated at 11:00 AM on Mondays, Thursdays, or Fridays. A pre-planning form is available so that final wishes may be kept on file at the parish. The Bereavement Ministry helps with funeral pre-planning, grief support groups, and pregnancy loss resources.

Sacred Space Project (2026 Renovation)
At the end of June 2026 the parish plans to begin renovations to its church, building on the foundations set by its founding generation. According to the parish, the renovations seek to generate 'a harmonious and welcoming space using dignified and durable materials to enhance this sacred space, a place of peace.' The parish invites support through pledges and donations as part of this capital project.
