St. Andrew is a small rural Catholic church in Buffalo Township, Marquette County, Wisconsin, situated along State Highway 22 in the unincorporated community of Buffalo (sometimes addressed as N117 WI-22, Buffalo/Pardeeville, WI 53954). Once an independent parish, St. Andrew was merged with the neighboring St. Mary parish of Pardeeville on February 28, 2016, when Bishop Robert C. Morlino of the Diocese of Madison formally combined them into St. Faustina Parish, with St. Andrew retained as a worship site. In 2023 St. Faustina Parish was further joined into Pastorate 9, a six-church collaboration under the umbrella name Saint John Henry Newman, which today bundles St. Andrew (Buffalo Township), St. Mary of the Most Holy Rosary (Pardeeville), St. John the Baptist (Montello), Good Shepherd (Westfield), St. Mary Help of Christians (Briggsville) and St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception (Portage), together with St. Mary School and the St. Philomena National Shrine.

2016 Merger into St. Faustina Parish
On February 28, 2016, Bishop Robert C. Morlino of the Diocese of Madison traveled to Pardeeville to formally merge the former St. Andrew and St. Mary parishes into a single new entity, St. Faustina Parish, named for St. Faustina Kowalska. The celebration included the unveiling of a painting of the new patron and a parish reception. Both St. Andrew (Buffalo Township) and St. Mary (Pardeeville) were retained as worship sites of the new parish. Fr. Mark Miller was serving as pastor at the time of the merger and was later reassigned in 2021, with Fr. Joji Reddy Thirumalareddy succeeding him as parochial administrator.

2023 Reorganization — Saint John Henry Newman Pastorate
Effective July 1, 2023, Bishop Donald J. Hying reorganized the cluster into 'Pastorate 9' and gave it the public name Saint John Henry Newman, after the canonized English cardinal. Fr. Randy Timmerman was appointed parochial administrator, with Frs. Savio Yerasani and Joji Reddy Thirumalareddy assigned as parochial vicars for the six-parish collaboration. The pastorate's single public website, saintjohnhenrynewman.org, replaced the legacy sfhfparish.com site that had served the St. Faustina / Holy Family cluster.
