Parish History
From a small Indian Catholic society in 1987 to a dedicated parish church in 2014, the St. Alphonsa community has grown through the dedication of clergy, families, and parishioners committed to preserving their Syro-Malabar faith and culture.
- 1987 – Indian Catholic Society of Baltimore founded
- 1995 – Participated in Pope St. John Paul II's Baltimore visit
- 2001 – St. Thomas Syro-Malabar Catholic Diocese of Chicago established
- 2004 – Became the Syro-Malabar Mission of Baltimore
- 2014 – Dedicated as St. Alphonsa Syro-Malabar Catholic Church

Worship Schedule
The parish offers regular Holy Qurbana, adoration, novena prayers, and confession. From May 24 through the end of August, one Holy Qurbana is celebrated.
