The Sisters of Life are a Catholic religious congregation whose mission is to protect and celebrate the sacredness of human life. Their daily life is built on a rhythm of prayer, community, work, and meals. Each day begins with rising at 5:00 AM, followed by the Office of Readings, Morning Prayer, and meditation, before Mass at 6:45 AM. The day includes Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament at 11:30 AM, Rosary and Vespers at 5:00 PM, and concludes with Compline at 8:15 PM.
